With the start of the school year, our schola will once again accompany Friday and Sunday Masses. We will meet for the first time on Sunday, August 31st at 9:15 AM at the rectory. If you enjoy singing or playing an instrument, we would be happy to welcome you among us :)

The youth of the Velehrad parish invites you to a campfire to celebrate the beginning of the school year, which will take place on September 3.

The landscape around Velehrad has been part of the Cistercian landscape since the 13th century. This legacy of the monks who have farmed it for over five hundred years is proudly designated as European Cultural Heritage. You have the opportunity to familiarize yourself with its beauty and purpose through a guided walk.

Every year on August 14, we commemorate the memory of Saint Maximilian Maria Kolbe – a priest, a Franciscan, a man of unwavering faith, deep Marian devotion, and remarkable courage.
